SEMS provides comprehensive implementation services to ensure the customer is given a fully configured system for use by the entire organization. Upon joining the SEMS family, each customer is assigned a SEMS Project Manager. This Project Manager will be your key contact within SEMS, and their responsibility is to guarantee a smooth implementation process from start to finish.

Our implementation process starts with the development of a formal project plan collaboratively between the customer and the Professional Services Team outlining the scope of work, timeline, and each persons responsibilities. This plan provides the workflow process and milestones needed to be complete the following: software installation, configuration of the database, and training.
